OSIAD Incorporation has been established in 1998. The basic principles of that join force are combining the inactive and loose capital at the base, distribution of capital to the base, orientation of small savers to investment, realization of big investments all together that may not be realized alone by partners, integration with public and increase their prosperity level living in invested zones, considering of any kind of investment to be realized in accordance with respect to people and nature, being democratic in administration, foundation of opinion of concurrence on the contemporary future of Turkey and providing multi-sectoral and multi-partnership synergy.        

This company has activities oriented to service sector.

By taking into consideration that provision of quality and standardization as the most fundamental problem in Ostim, OSIAD Incorporation is training the companies in order to obtain quality document.

As per date, OSIAD Inc. has trained 35 companies on preparation and application of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, HACCP Food Safety, and OHSAS 18000 Quality Assurance Systems in cooperation with MGSE Limited Company.        

OSIAD Inc. also has activity in insurance sector. Owning 230 acres of country property in the front of Eskisehir Highway is the evidence of that self-sufficiency.

Anatolia Industrial Zone

Anatolia OSB; Established with the mission of serving as an incubation center in the transition process of small enterprises to medium-sized and large      enterprises, the order to meet the product enterprises operating in the Anatolia OSB was  founded under the leadership of OSIAD in order to meet production  capacity increasing and investment field expansion of small enterprises  operating in the Ostim OSB.

Authorized by the Industry and Trade Ministry to set up an OSB, the Anatolia  is the first phase of the 640 hectares of  OSB area, which is in the middle of  2500 hectares of industrial zone in the Ankara-Temelli-Maliköy, determined as 300 hectares.

Approved as a legal person and planned to provide employment for 15,000 people, the Anatolia OSB will comprise of around 300 medium-sized enterprises.

Situated in between the ASO and Baþkent OSB,  the Anatolia OSB  does not  have electricity, infrastructure and  water problems, meets the world standarts and aims to make the SMEs compete  with their foreign competirors under similar conditions.

SS. OSIAD Collective Business Cooperative

The cooperative has been established on 2 June 1997.

The cooperative which has been established in accordance with demands of members has 62 partners with a hundred shares.

A country property has been purchased by the cooperative in the front of Eskiþehir Highway, which has been consigned as industry zone.

After procurement of country property the cooperative has announced its requirement about establishing an industrial zone by applying to Ministry of Industry and Trade.

While negotiations with Ministry of Industry and Trade have been maintained, Anatolia OSB Entrepreneur Association Committee has been founded.

Foundation of Anatolia OSB Entrepreneur Association Committee has been undertaken by OSIAD Collective Business Cooperation and OSIAD.

The Cooperative and Anatolia OSB are continuing their activities as two separate legal personality.

SS. Medium-Sized Industrial Building Cooperative

Faunded under the Anatolia OSB, the cooperative is one of its largest subsidiaries with 72 partners and 100 shares. It holds 20 percent of the shares. It is represented with two people in the board of trustees and one person in the executive board.

Central Anatolia Industrialists and Businessmen Associations Federation

OSIAD considers the IBA partnerships crucial the organization of small capital and making IBAs a more effective force. Bringing together was vital for the voices  of SMEs, which are not powerful because of their structure, heard.

Following the amendments in the Civil Code, fallowing federations to be set up, OSÝAD, which is a driving force for strong IBA organization, set up the Central Anatolia Industrialists  and Businessmen Association (ICASIFED) with the businessmen associations (IBAs) in Ostim, Akyurt, Sincan, Nevþehir, Karaman, Sivas, Kayseri, Kazan, Develi and Konya.

The federation is run by OSIAD. Currently the main actor in the federation structure and among IBAs is OSIAD.
