| OSTIM is a SME CITY that gathers small giants under a ceiling with approximately 5 thousand enterprises, 50 thousand employees and industrial production at 100 different sectors on five million square meters open space. Productions on the fields of Machine Manufacturing, Metal Processing, Electric-Electronic, Construction Equipment, Plastic-Rubber, Medical Devices and Defense Industry are operated in Ostim which is one of small and medium size industrial manufacturing area, largest in Turkey and one of the few in the world.
Ten thousands of diversity products are manufactured in a hundred different branches in Ostim, which combines flexibility in production that is the most outstanding feature of small and medium size enterprises together with the advantages of large machine park. Those products are taken place in large range of production from CNC tool bench through stationary goods.
OSIAD Ostim Industrialist’s and Businessmen’s Association has been established in 1991 by combination of 16 industrialists. The purpose is to serve as Industrialists of Ostim and environment that display activity in accordance with principles envisaged by Fundamental Law of Turkish Republic and coblorations of Atatürk and aiming at entire development by the way of regional development, trying to provide technological transfers by contributing technological development in order to reach high technology and trending to bring in international competitive power to our national company by establishing partnerships with foreign capital that prepares necessary infrastructure for risk capital, having feature to become a non-governmental organization, providing service to community and information to members within the framework of national interests and developing of unity and cooperation fact without following any kind of personal interest by the way of striking up worldwide friendship and communication between similar professional institutions and other appropriate organizations of modern and democratic countries as compatible to our national interests. | | | |
